If for any reason you wish to cancel your order with us, you are able to do so at any time before the goods are dispatched by e-mailing us with your name and order number at the following address: info@electricscooterkids.co.uk alternatively, please call us on 01473 845688 to speak to a member of our customer support team.

If your order is cancelled before your goods have been dispatched, no charges will be applied and a full refund will be processed within 14 days.

Consumer Contracts Regulation

In line with the ‘Consumer Contracts Regulation’ you have a 14-day cooling-off period starting from the date the goods are received by you for you to change your mind about your purchase. If, before cancelling the consumer contract, you have acquired possession of the goods, you will be under a duty of care to restore those goods to us unused and in the original packaging. Whilst you are in possession of the goods you must take reasonable care of them. Please note that a deduction will be made from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary to check the quality of the goods. The extent to which you can handle the goods without a deduction in your refund is the same as it would be if you were assessing the item in a shop. The goods must not have been used at all for a full refund to be granted. In relation to our inflatable products, once the item has been inflated and the fan has been used, the product is classed as ‘used’ and we are not obliged to provide a full refund upon return. You are responsible to ensure that no item arrives to us damaged through shipping and we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your reimbursement as a fee for any such damage.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If for the reason of cancellation, you return goods to us within the 14 day cooling-off period, we can collect from the customer directly however there will be a £15.00 + VAT charge for collection. The item will need to be unused and in the original packaging. 

Other Returns & Refunds

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@electricscooterkids.co.uk.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Damages and Defects (if applicable)

If the item has any kind of fault, there is a designated Razor helpline, so they can diagnose the fault and assess if it can be rectified with spares. Please contact our UK support team on +44 (0) 1202 672 702 or email help@razoreu.com.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@electricscooterkids.co.uk and we’ll collect the item if it is eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping

To return your product, we’ll collect the item if it is eligible for a refund or exchange, however, there will be a £15.00 + VAT charge for collection.

You will be responsible for paying for your own collections costs for returning your item. Collection costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
